Jeremy’s international career as an Engineer, Chartered Accountant, CFO and Senior Partner within a global Executive Search Firm has enabled him to develop a skill set which, coupled with his strong desire to help others, has enabled him to establish Rickman Consulting Limited as a unique consulting business servicing the CFO and Executive Search markets.
Jeremy achieved a Civil Engineering degree before joining Price Waterhouse and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant from where he developed his finance career through Head Office, Regional & Divisional finance roles at Norcros Plc and Mars, Inc. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates, the leading global Executive Search firm as their European CFO in 1998 and supported their international expansion and rapid growth before becoming a recruiter in 2001. He quickly built a market leading team positioned at the top of the European CFO search and assessment market. In 2007, he moved to the US to run the Chicago Office and to support the development of the North America CFO Practice. During the next 6 years, Jeremy served on the firm’s Executive Committee, ran the Global Corporate Officers Practice, ran Training & Development for the firm, developed the firms new Research and Knowledge Management strategy and worked with Fortune 500 companies in support of the development of their Board, CFO and Financial Officer teams.
He returned to the UK in 2013 with Russell Reynolds Associates before establishing Rickman Consulting Limited in 2015 and has since achieved a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
