Executive Search Advisory Leadership Consulting:

Jeremy supported the shareholders of Vardis, an international Executive Search boutique focused on PE clients, with offices in London, Frankfurt and Boston. His remit was to build the firm while the shareholders focus on their clients. Key achievements include rolling out their first database, their first budget, establishing a new Group tax, accounting and legal structure, creating and rolling out a Knowledge Management strategy, developing their marketing focus, IP and facilitating specific campaigns such as surveys and P/E breakfasts in New York, London and Frankfurt as well as establishing a hiring plan.

Jeremy was retained by BIE to facilitate and run the annual offsite meeting for the Partners of this market leading UK Search and Interim firm who were considering a shareholder buyout and merger. This led to the development of a 6-month mentoring and coaching program for nine of their Consultants and two of their sector team. After the successful MBO, Jeremy was invited to Chair the Board and continues to provide mentoring and training to many of the Consultants. The business posted successive record revenue months  in the current financial year.

Jeremy is advising the owners of a market leading boutique search firm and coaching and mentoring two of their Consultants. The advisory services have covered long term financial planning, strategy, budgets, cashflow forecasting, credit and bonus systems, employee share option schemes, LLP to Ltd company transition, database optimisation, appraisal systems, operating model optimisation, marketing, brand positioning, business development strategies and their execution, driving long term behaviours, leadership, hiring and international expansion. The business posted record revenues and profitability in 2016/17.

Executive Search Advisory Non Executive Services:

Jeremy is a Non-Executive Director at Bronzegate, and Chairman at BIE.

Bronzegate is a privately owned UK based recruitment firm focused on the Finance Director market. Working with Managing Director Adam Akbar, Jeremy has been involved with Bronzegate since it was established in 2015. During this time he has provided support with strategic and financial advice as well as hiring, business development and marketing activities. The business is developing well and revenues are growing.

Executive Search Advisory Coaching & Mentoring:

Jeremy has worked with a mid-sized UK based executive search firm, advising the owners as well as coaching and mentoring a well established Partner seeking to maximise her market impact. After a number of consultations with the owners and team members, Jeremy was able to understand the firm’s culture and then work one-on-one with his client to focus on market strategy, business development, team building and collaboration.

He has also coached and mentored two Consultants at a mid-sized UK based Interim and Executive Search firm. For this assignment we were focused on moving them from an execution, to a business development focus enabling them to define their markets, create strategies and tactics for networking as well as running BD meetings, Time Management and Executing for BD.

Executive Search Advisory Training:

Jeremy ran a “lunch and learn” session for a mid-sized UK based Executive Search firm. The entire team attended including Shareholders, Consultants, Researchers and EA’s. We focused on the role of the CFO, their team structure and CFO interview techniques enabling the firm to significantly improve how they seek, approach, interview and place CFO’s for their clients.
